The problem with travel vloggers (mostly indians) is to think that you know a lot about things... YOU DONT... neither do you put efforts in knowing things before you talk about it.... You mentioned of not taking a guide... nothing wrong with that if you looked up about the places and things on internet beforehand .. but you didn't and you misinformed people about the places ... What you saw in Patan Durbar Square is infact a "Royal Bath" called "Tusha Hiti" and the courtyard is called "sundari chok"..but you didnt try to know what it is and simply assumed its a temple of some sort.... thats where Guides come in.. The other problem with Indians is absolutely no sense of "consent".. you just shove your camera to other peoples faces (mostly girls.. your "Tharak" in all your videos is so obvious).. SEEK PERMISSION.... DONT ASSUME BEFORE YOU MAKE A COMMENT...

I happened to come to Pokhara in 1956. Yes, 1956 when my Father was posted as an Engineer in Kathmandu. He was incharge of construction of a barrage over one of the streams (kholas). I wish I could see it's state as of now. Airstrip was under construction and Indian Airlines used to fly DC-3 (Dakota) aircraft in there. Propellor of one of the landed planes broke and smashed on cockpit glass while taking a turn at end of runway after hitting the drain. This resulted in severing of leg of the Pilot whose name was Sardar Niranjan Singh as I recall. However, he died due to lack of facilities available. Old timers there might know of it. At times DC-3 used to cement bags for the project from Kathmandu due to lack of land route. I'm 83 years now and as such found it interesting to see development there and share my experience.
